The work so far.
We are in 13 cities today, with a goal of 25 cohorts in global cities by 2030. Resource Global exists to develop leaders, get real work done, and see people grow. That has been my life's work, and it is the lens I bring to everything else.
Why I'm exploring AI now.
For ten years, Resource Global has run on donor generosity. That works, but it is not sustainable as we move toward 25 cohorts around the world. My dream has been to build a for profit company that funds Gospel work, so that we are not dependent on fundraising forever. AI is the moment where this becomes possible for a small team with the right idea.
I am not a tech expert. I knew nothing about coding, design, or research. I just started dabbling, and then my eyes were opened to the possibilities. Now I am a Christ follower trying to figure out how to steward what is in front of us.
Why funding and sustainability matter.
AI is the most powerful technology of our generation. The question is no longer whether it will reshape the world. It will. The question is whether the church, the cohort, and the leaders God has called us to influence will be ready to use it well.
What I'm building.
Practical AI tools. Some are meant to build up the body: a research assistant for sermon prep, and a tool that gently interviews a person about their faith story and hands back a written testimony they can share. Some are built to generate revenue for Gospel work: finance and donor reporting for small ministries, and an AI Gospel Ventures fund to build products with people around the world and provide them with jobs.
None of it replaces a single human being. All of it is meant to give people their time and their energy back so they can do the work that matters.
The notebook.
Every Friday I share what is changing in AI, what it might mean for the Gospel, and one idea worth stewarding. It is part learning journal, part field guide for anyone thinking about how to build tools and products that could generate revenue for Kingdom work. I write the way I talk, which means it is conversational, occasionally too long, and always honest about what I do not know yet.
Who this is for.
Cohort members in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Nairobi, Cairo, São Paulo, and the other cities where Resource Global serves. Builders and entrepreneurs in our network who are thinking about AI products. Donors and friends of RG who want to understand where the world is heading. And anyone curious about what it looks like to build something for the Gospel in the AI era.
