I am Tommy Lee. I am a Christ follower, a husband to Charlene, and a dad to Samantha and Karra. For the last ten years I have led Resource Global, a nonprofit that builds cohorts of young marketplace leaders in cities around the world. We are in 13 cities today, with a goal of 25 cohorts in global cities by 2030.
I am also the President of Createpossible LLC, which is where this Notebook lives. My dream has been to build a for-profit company that funds Gospel work, so that we are not dependent on donor generosity forever. AI is the moment where this becomes possible for a small team with the right idea.
What this Notebook is.
Every Friday I share what is changing in the world of AI, what it might mean for the Gospel, and one product idea worth stewarding. It is part learning journal, part field guide for anyone thinking about how to build tools and products that could generate revenue for Kingdom work.
I am not a tech expert. I am a Christ follower trying to figure out how to steward what is in front of us. AI is the most powerful technology of our generation, and the question is no longer whether it will reshape the world, but whether the church and the cohort will be ready to use it well.

How to read it.
Friday morning, new issue. Five to ten minute read. Built to be skimmed or read in full. I write the way I talk, which means it is conversational, occasionally too long, and always honest about what I do not know yet.
